(1) Nickel collector FFA-375N

FFA-375N is a highly efficient nickel sulfide ore collector. It is suitable for the flotation of copper-nickel sulfide ores and polymetallic sulfide ores. It has the characteristics of low dosage, fast flotation speed and good separation index. It has good selective collection ability for nickel sulfide ores, and can obtain high-grade and high-recovery nickel concentrate products while greatly increasing the recovery rate of associated gold and silver.

(2) Mud mineral inhibitor FFA-645Y

Conventional inhibitors will make concentrate filtration difficult due to their high viscosity. FFA-546Y has a strong inhibitory effect on altered minerals, but a weak inhibitory effect on target minerals, and has a good selective inhibitory effect. The inhibitor acts quickly and effectively. The easily floatable vein minerals are easily hydrophilic and have no effect on the floatability of useful minerals. It can significantly improve the grade of the concentrate. The viscosity is low, the pH of the agent can be adjusted, and the flotation process will not be affected by temperature. In the nickel beneficiation process, it can effectively reduce the MgO content in the concentrate by replacing traditional sodium hexametaphosphate, water glass and other inhibitors while ensuring the nickel and copper beneficiation indicators.

Test results of copper-nickel ore in West China

Compared with the on-site chemical system, the use of inhibitor FFA-645Y instead of sodium hempetaphosphate, the use of collector FFA-375N instead of xanthate and J622, on the basis of ensuring nickel and copper grade indicators, can effectively improve the recovery of nickel by 2-3 points, reduce the MgO content in concentrate by 1 percentage point. Thus, the MgO content in the concentrate can be controlled below 6%.
